Let's see... I've been reading some stuff. I've finished the following:
- Clockwork by Philip Pullman
A nice short little story. Built like a children's book and wonderfully creepy. I liked it. I saw that it was a Pullman book and I had to have it -- Pullman is such a great author.
- The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon
This is a good read, though I'm not sure that I liked the ending. I'm actually not sure whether or not I liked the story itself; but I love the writing style. It's the telling of an otherwise unremarkable story, but the perspective and style is just awesome.
I started reading Douglas Adams' The Salmon of Doubt a few days ago, and I'm already loving it. It's more a collection of essays and quips so far, rather than a novel.
Can't think of anything else of note lately...
I'll try to be better about posting. :)
